By purchasing products from SmokeScreen, LLC, you acknowledge and accept the following:

1. You are at least the minimum age to legally purchase vapor products in your state.

2. Electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes, e-cigs, personal vaporizers, PVs) and any products contained in this website are not stop-smoking aids, and SmokeScreen, LLC, does not market them as such. If you choose to "vape" instead of smoking traditional cigarettes, that is your decision.

3. SmokeScreen, LLC will not be held responsible for any harm or accidents that come from the use of our products. No claims are made that electronic cigarettes are safer than traditional cigarettes. The products contained within this site should be used as intended. Any user modifications are done entirely at your own risk.

4. Any liquids intended for use in electronic cigarettes (e-liquids, e-juice) may contain nicotine. Even bottles labeled zero milligrams (0mg) may contain trace amounts of nicotine.

5. E-liquid contains propylene glycol (PG) and/or vegetable glycerin (VG), nicotine (nic), and food-grade flavorings. Do not use these products if you have any physical condition in which the ingredients may cause an adverse reaction. Nicotine is an addictive substance. A small portion of the population is allergic to propylene glycol.
 
REFUND, RETURN, & EXCHANGE POLICY

E-LIQUID
No returns, refunds, or exchanges may be made for any e-liquids (including additives) purchased from SmokeScreen, LLC. Only e-liquid purchased from SmokeScreen is guaranteed to work properly with hardware purchased from SmokeScreen.

HARDWARE
Warranty on hardware covers manufacturing defects only. Only products sold by SmokeScreen, LLC, are backed by our warranty. Items sold as "used", "refurbished", "defective", or sold on consignment for third parties are not eligible for warranties. Evidence of misuse, tampering, or modifying voids any warranty. Hardware including but not limited to batteries and chargers may be presented for troubleshooting or exchanged for similar items of equal or lesser value if repair is not feasible provided all the following conditions are met:

a) Purchase must have been no more than 30 days prior.

b) Proof of purchase from SmokeScreen has been provided.

Hardware purchased from SmokeScreen is only guaranteed to function as intended with only e-liquids purchased from SmokeScreen.
